Beginners Guide to Body Building

I've been working out regularly for the past two and a half months, so I thought why not write a begginers guide from my own eperience? This is Body Building 101, the good, the bad and the ugly:
  • Don't think that your body's gonna change in 2 hours of workout, it would take at least a couple of months to get noticable results, consistensy is the keyword.
  • Losing/gaining weight is also a matter of time don't feel frustrated if it doesn't happen as fast as you want.
  • There's no need to get on an extreme diet; just concentrate on brotein and try to lessen the amounts of fat and carb.
  • Never overload yourself with heavy weights, increase them gradually.
  • When increasing the weight make sure there's somebody close, (getting stuck with 60Kg./132Lb. over your chest is NOT an enjoyable experience)
  • Always make sure that you're doing your workout the right way, if you're doing it wrong it wouldn't do you any good if not cause injury. When in doubt ask your trainer.
  • Hip-Hop and Rap music is the best when working out, it gives you a nice boost. [Rock, Slow, Classic, and Fairouz do not work]
  • "Just say NO."  don't take shortcuts by using steroids or whatever, keep it clean.
That's all I could squeeze out for now, would welcome suggestions.
